If you think you would be at risk if someone else could trace the web sites you have accessed, we suggest the following: If your browser is Microsoft Explorer go to the menu bar at the top and click on "Tools". This should bring down a scroll down window. Choose "Internet options" by clicking once on that section. There should be a boxed window springing up with three main sections - "Home page", "Temporary internet files" and "Clear history". Go into "Temporary internet files" and click on the button that says "Delete files". Then go into "Clear history" and click on the button that says "Clear history". If your browser is Netscape Communicator go to the menu bar and click on "Edit". This should bring up a window - choose "Preferences" and click on "Clear history". You should do this every time you access a web site that you would not wish to be traced back to. However this is not a guaranteed way of removing the trace so if you feel that you cannot run such a risk we recommend you connect to the sites from a public computer terminal rather than from a privat unit at home.
