How to refer a client We aim to make it as simple as possible to refer to clients to our services. We believe that it very important to give control to women who have experienced domestic violence, so we ask that any professional referring to us to talk to the client about our services and get their consent before contacting us. When you ring us we will just ask for some basic information such as address, telephone number etc. We will get all the other information we need at the initial appointment. Alternatively, you can give clients our number and they can ring us directly. |
